The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and screening both active and passive candidates / applicants for a variety of technical positions, including but not limited to, Project Managers, Engineers, Designers, Analysts, Assemblers / Technicians and other modalities across all industries. You will also be responsible for building pipelines of talent, and developing innovative strategies for attracting candidates through networking, cold calling, employee referrals, job boards, social media, internet and creative searches.
➢ Collaborate with Sales/Account Managers to discuss job descriptions, understand priority roles, required skills, position profile, and other key factors of open requisitions.
➢ Source, screen and identify qualified candidates for temporary, temporary-to-hire and direct hire positions and assigned requirements.
➢ Instruct candidates on the nature of the job and ensure readiness prior to and during the interview process
➢ Build strong rapport with candidates and manage every stage of the recruiting cycle - including sourcing, qualifying, reviewing / rewriting resumes, driving the interview process, offer negotiation & closing.
➢ Create and maintain pipelines / availability books of qualified candidates to deliver against immediate priorities, future needs, and business critical positions
➢ Retrieve information regarding companies currently hiring, other job openings and potential leads / TIPS.
➢ Weekly contact with candidates / contractors that you are responsible for placing / employing
➢ 3-5+ years of recruiting experience within an office / desk setting; Bachelor's degree (preferred, not required)
➢ Must be comfortable multitasking with the ability to handle multiple requisitions within a set timeframe.
➢ Team Player with demonstrated ability to recruit a broad range of positions on a national / multi-location level
➢ Strong communication skills (oral, written & presentation); must be outgoing, communicative, and able to build relationships on a daily basis
➢ Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
➢ Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
➢ Must be internet / technically savvy and have advanced experience with sourcing efforts
➢ Experienced in all full life-cycle recruiting components including, but not limited to: sourcing, qualifying candidates, networking, assessing candidates, job analysis, wage / salary trends and managing relationships
➢ Proven ability to maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions, and other recruiting activities
